Room occupancy is for 2 person maximum. Due to safety issues we do not allow bookings with Children below 6 years.



Please be informed that by making an online reservation for a room at the Seaside Tribe - Boutique Surf Stay & Retreat you accept and agree to our following terms & conditions. The online booking through our website is binding and a deposit payment in the amount of the first night will be collected when you book the room. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at our place.



You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival (we will return your deposit payment via our payment system. Differences due to currency conversion rate are possible). Any booking that is cancelled between 60 and 21 days before arrival will be charged at the amount of the first night (= deposit payment). Any booking that is cancelled later than 21 days before arrival will be charged with 50% of the total amount of the booking.100% of the total amount of booking is due on the day of arrival. If you arrive late or decide to leave early, the nights not spent will be not refunded. Date changes up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge (seasonal prices might change the price of your stay).



If you wish to cancel you reservation or change the date of your arrival, please send an e-mail to surf@seaside-tribe.com. Please note that your cancellation must be confirmed by us.



Check-In time is 14:00 and Check-out time 12:00, please let us know your approx. time of arrival (this is particularly important if you arrive later than 20:00 as we do not have around the clock 'reception' staff.


Our quiet hours are between 23:00 and 06:00. Pets are not allowed on the property.


All prices shown are including government taxes. Prices and any availability stated on our website or in this confirmation may be mistaken. We hold the right to cancel your reservation in such a case after notification.
