At Seaside Tribe, we make it simple — offering a private, homey surf stay designed for intimate group experiences. Whether you’re a private group, a yoga teacher, surf coach, or creative soul looking to bring people together, Seaside Tribe in Kedungu is the ideal setting: personal, authentic, and crafted with love and attention to detail.

Surrounded by a lush tropical garden, our boutique space hosts up to 10 guests — with five private rooms, a pool, yoga space, massage hut, and cozy dining area. Our caring Seaside Tribe team make it feel like home.

Our experienced in-house team takes care of all the essentials — so you can focus on your retreat or simply enjoy your group getaway in Bali.

Included in every private group stay:

5 cozy private rooms with king beds & tropical semi-open bathrooms
Daily cleaning, night security & on-site team always around
Breakfasts and snacks to keep everyone fuelled
Use of our yoga deck & massage hut
Semi-private surf lessons with theory and video feedback
Home-cooked Indonesian dinners (optional catering or private chef service available at extra charge)

You’re free to create your own program alongside our standard Surf & Stay schedule. During your retreat, your group has the entire space exclusively, and there will be no other guests on-site.

Pricing depends on single or double occupancy, similar to our regular Surf & Stay packages. We customise each proposal based on group size, room setup, and any additional services you’d like to include.

Rainy-season retreats are ideal for creative, wellness or slow-living programs that don’t rely fully on surfing and during this time stays are also possible without the surfing part. Workshops or treatments can be held in our small massage space.
